Total mass of interior finishes and fixtures inside an elevator car affecting available payload.
Cab interior weight is the total mass of all finish materials, handrails, lighting, ventilation units, and accessories inside the elevator car. This weight must be subtracted from the rated load capacity to determine the actual available payload for passengers or freight.
